On April 8, Marymount celebrated its fourth annual Maker Day at the 97th Street campus. Over 150 Marymount families attended this free event, in which they explored how digital fabrication and making are transforming classrooms here at the School. Most of the workshops were student led, and included such diverse topics as: laser cutting, Minecraft show and tell, learning about littleBits, exploring the Makey Makey, and the most popular workshop, Slime!
