Reunion Weekend 2019
At the end of April, alumnae from near and far came home to Marymount for Reunion Weekend 2019 to celebrate classes ending in 4 and 9. To kick off the weekend on Friday, alumnae joined the Marymount Singers' Spring Concert "Razzle Dazzle" at Regis High School with a special performance of "Freedom is Coming." A fabulous cocktail reception followed, where we honored Pauline Brookfield, director of college counseling, who is retiring at the end of this academic year and sent our love to Sr. Clevie Youngblood.

On Saturday, alumnae gathered with their classes and then heard from a panel of inspiring seniors who shared what life is like at Marymount today. During our luncheon, we remembered the legacy of our beloved Susana Acosta with a tribute video, honored the 60th Reunion of former Headmistress Sr. Kathleen Fagan, and heard all the exciting updates about the school of the future from Headmistress Concepcion Alvar. Ellen Flanagan McGee '59 received the Sister Collette McManus Award, which is given annually to an alumna who has offered her passion, time, and talent to Marymount. The day ended with a special Mass celebrated in the Chapel by former Trustee Arthur Bender, SJ. Thank you to all who joined us during this joyful weekend for reconnecting with old friends and teachers in the school where it all began.
