Requirements: Previous coaching and/or competitive playing experience at the high school, club, or collegiate level preferred.
Knowledge of soccer fundamentals, player development principles, and game strategy.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with coaches, student-athletes, parents, and school personnel.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive student-athlete experience.
Current CPR/AED certification, concussion education training, and SafeSport certification (or ability to obtain prior to the start of the season).
Salary range: $4,308 – $4,718, commensurate with experience; additional compensation is provided for pre-season training camp (Aug 24-28, 2026)
